(c) Authorize Zodiac Motors to communicate with any (but not limited to) Finance Company, Bank, Credit Reporting Agency (Baycorp Advantage (NZ) Limited and Baycorp Advantage Business Information Services Limited, Australia.), and other credit reporting agencies, Work and Income NZ, Police Department, Inland Revenue Department, Accident Compensation Corporation, Employers, Landlords and Personal References, both now and in the future. (d) Allow Registration of security interests and credit defaults in the case of any loss occurred by Zodiac Motors relating to this application, both now and in the future. 3. You are entitled, under the provisions of the privacy act 1993, to: (a) Have access to all personal information held by Zodiac Motors about you. (b) Request correction of any personal information held by Zodiac Motors, about you. Approval Online Terms and Conditions 4. I/We (a) Understand that the term “Approval Online” means “from” Approval Online. (b) May not be approved for vehicle finance due to circumstances such as (but not limited to) Other alias or names, Non-complying credit history, Driving or criminal history, In-accurate self credit assessment, In-accurate budget details and drivers license non-compliance. (c) Understand that Zodiac Motors reserve the right to decline any submitted application at any time with out reason or explanation both now and in the future.
